Brittany graduated from NCSU in 2007. She took a job with the NC Department of Justice in the financial department gaining basic accounting experience. Soon, she took over the responsibility of grant management. While doing this, she analyzed and established budgets and learned to read and interpret Federal and NC laws. She accepted a promotion to the NC Department of Health and Human Services where she did a similar job with a larger portfolio of grant funding.
In 2014, she received her master’s degree in accounting with a focus in taxation. She began working for a public accounting firm where she worked on all forms of tax returns from individuals, partnerships, and corporations to non-profit returns. She joined our firm in January 2017, where she has been a welcome asset to the team, primarily preparing individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns.
A native to Raleigh, Brittany lives here with her husband and two young children. She is an active member of Providence Baptist Church, and she enjoys reading and taking walks with her children.
